Up top, I bought some pre-made boneless spicy chicken tenders and just heated them up in the oven. Tip: Whenever you heat up frozen, premade food like this, cover the cookie sheet with foil to lessen your dish washing load.
Below, are the nachos I made. My boyfriend and I love eating nachos. We often order them as appetizers when we eat out. I've done taco nights with friends but this was my first time making nachos. I bought a huge bag of tortilla chips, spicy salsa, mexican blend shredded cheese, and sour cream. For the meat filling, I cooked a package of ground beef and ground pork mixed in with spicy taco seasoning and refried beans. Usually, I heat up refried beans on the side but I really didn't feel like pulling out another pot just to do that and it never gets piping hot in a microwave without drying out. So I thought, 'Why the hell not?' and mixed it in with the meat. It was delicious.
I've bought my boyfriend's love for another couple years. He was a happy man and he's even happier now that the Giants are heading for the Super Bowl!!!!
