Birthday Celebration!

This past weekend my friends and I celebrated my best friend's birthday.  She's a pretty fabulous girl, so when it comes to special events concerning her, the rest of us humor her and pull out all the stops to bring on our A game.  I straightened my hair out and everything... then realized my hair looked better in an up do with my outfit. Figures.






















The dress is from Francesca's Collection which I bought last August.  I used to work there and that August was my last month there... so... I kind of went crazy on the shopping for the discount I wouldn't get anymore. =(  I miss it sometimes.  It's hard to tell from the picture but the backside where the buttons are is sheer.  My nude pumps are from Target!  I am surprised by how comfortable they are and I got them for less than $30!!  I last a good 2.5 hours before my feet started succumbing to the pain of dancing non stop.

All in all, it was a pretty good night.  She picked a place in NYC called The Park.  It's a beautiful place with delicious drinks, pretty good music, and best of all- no cover.  So if you're ever in the city and want a chill place to party, The Park is the place for you!
