Fave Lush Ballistic Trio

I've been wanting to write a post on my favorite Lush products for a while, but I didn't want to overwhelm my blog with a whole bunch of just LUSH LUSH LUSH.  However, seeing that I don't have much else to write about currently, I'm doing it.  This is just a small commentary on my top three Lush bath ballistics also known as bombs.  Ballistic sounds more fun so I'm using it instead.  =)

Butterball
Out of all the ballistics I have tried, this one is my favorite.  It smells so good like sweet honey with a hint of cream.  Lush says the scent contains custard and vanilla notes.  Butterball is one of the smaller ballistics but it packs quite a moisturizing punch.  I don't know if you can tell from the picture but you can see bits of cocoa butter that melt into your hot bath water instantly.  The water softens considerably and feels milky smooth against my skin.  When I first used Butterball, I was really surprised by the greasy feeling on my skin but that went away as soon as I stepped out of the bath to dry off.  My skin drinks it all in and if I want to, I can skip the lotion after.  This one is great for the winter months!

Avobath
Avobath is my second favorite ballistic.  The moment I drop the bomb in, it fizzes and dissolves cheerfully in the water.  The water turns into a lovely pastel green color.  Avobath's scent is super refreshing  with hints of citrus and lemongrass.  For me, it just has a  really clean aroma that stays light.      If my skin needed a little pick me up, I would definitely pop this into the bath.  It's more invigorating than moisturizing.  I would rather use Avobath in the summery months/

Honeybee
I really like Honeybee mostly for its scent.  I cannot get over how good this ballistic smells.  It's straight up honey.  It's like bathing in honey especially if you use Honey I Washed the Kids soap with it.  (Review on that later).  When I'm in the bath, I feel like I'm treating myself to some nice aromatherapy.  My skin doesn't get as much moisture from it as much as the ballistics above but it suffices when my skin isn't feeling super dry.
